1. Agreeing to these terms. These terms are an agreement between you and [Cover Your Assets, Inc.] ("Cover Your Assets," "we," "us"). By using cyassets.com or our tools, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we provide. Cover Your Assets offers educational information about scams and online tools, including SCAMcheck, URLcheck and CALLback, that use artificial intelligence to point out possible warning signs. Results are opinions to help you decide, not guarantees. Our Disclaimer is part of these terms.

3. Who may use the site. You must be at least [18] years old to create an account or use the tools.

4. Your account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information and tell us promptly at [contact email] if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Using the site fairly. You agree not to:

  • Use the tools to help carry out a scam, or to test scams against our tools.
  • Submit anything illegal, or private information about other people that you have no right to share.
  • Use automated programs to access the tools, or try to get around usage limits.
  • Interfere with the site, its security or other members' use of it.
  • Copy, resell or republish the tools or their results as your own service.

6. Plans, payments and usage limits. Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, what each plan includes (such as the number of checks per year), and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. [Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. 8. Other companies' services. The tools rely on outside providers, including an artificial intelligence provider, a hosting provider and a payment provider. We aren't responsible for their services being unavailable, though we choose them carefully.

9. No warranties. The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will detect every scam.

10. Limits on our responsibility. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cover Your Assets is not liable for any loss, including money lost to a scam, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or tools. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim, or [$100] if you haven't paid anything.

11. Ending your use. You may stop using the site and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other members at risk.
