The short version: we use what you submit only to check it for you. We don't keep your submissions, and we never sell your information.

1. What you give us when you use a tool. When you check something, you send us the text, screenshot, photo, website address or phone number you want checked, plus any answers to follow-up questions. Please leave out passwords, full account numbers and Social Security numbers; the tools don't need them.

2. How your submission is checked. Your submission passes through our server to our artificial intelligence provider, [Anthropic], which analyzes it and sends back a result. Our server does not save your submission after the check is finished. Under its business terms, our provider [does not use our customers' submissions to train its AI and keeps them only for a limited time — confirm current terms before publishing].

3. Account information. When accounts are available, we'll keep your [name and email address], your sign-in details (passwords are stored in scrambled form we can't read), and a count of how many checks you've used, so we can apply your plan's limits.

4. Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment, your plan and [the last four digits of your card], but never your full card number.

5. Feedback. If you use the feedback form, we keep what you write so we can improve the tools.

6. Information kept on your own device. The tools remember a few settings on your phone or computer, such as text size and whether results are read aloud. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

7. Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details, such as the time of a visit and the type of browser, to keep the site running and secure. [We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.]

8. Who we share information with. Only the service providers that run the site: our AI provider, hosting provider, accounts provider and payment provider, each only as needed to do their job. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your information.

9. How long we keep it. Submissions: not stored after the check. Account information and usage counts: while your account is open, then deleted within [90] days of closing it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Feedback: [period].

11. Keeping it safe. We use encrypted connections, keep our AI key on our server rather than on anyone's device, and limit who can reach the administrative area. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect your information.

12. Children. The site is not intended for children under [13], and we don't knowingly collect their information.
