Signing up and signing in

All you need is your email address and a password. There is no code to set up.

Create your account (one time)

  1. Go to cyassets.com and tap Create an account.
  2. Type your email address.
  3. Choose a password of at least 8 characters. A short phrase you'll remember works well, like “blue garden gate”. You'll see the letters as you type, so you can check them.
  4. Type the same password again in Confirm password, then tap Create account.
  5. Open your email. You'll get a message from Cover Your Assets. Tap the link in it to confirm your account.
  6. Go back to cyassets.com and sign in (below).
Tip: On the “Check your email” screen, tap Add CYA Check to my contacts. Then, whenever an email looks suspicious, you can forward it to CYA Check by typing “CYA”.
No email? Wait a minute or two, then look in your spam or junk folder.

Sign in

  1. Go to cyassets.com and tap Sign in.
  2. Type your email address and password. Your phone or computer may fill them in for you.
  3. Tap Sign in. That's it.

You stay signed in on that phone or computer until you tap Sign out.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot your password? (under the Sign in button).
  2. Type your email address and tap Email me a reset link.
  3. Open the email from Cover Your Assets and tap Reset password.
  4. Type a new password twice and tap Save new password. You're signed in.
Stay safe: Cover Your Assets will never phone you or text you asking for your password. Our emails always come from cyassets.com.
